Canary Wharf Group of the Year

Newark Youth London won the Group of the Year at the recent prestigious Canary Wharf Sports Personality Awards. Newark saw off stiff compettition from Vallance Community, Westward Boys to name but a few. Kabir Miah was also recognised for his voluntary work in the community.

    The Newark Under 10's won the THYL League Cup to add their first piece of silverware. It was a momentous day with parents and coaches all watching the final.

    The team beat opposition from Acorn and Soul who beat them during the league stage but Newark won on penalties in the final.
